Tacos El Güero was established in 2022 from a couple’s dream to stop depending on others and bet on their own future. After years of working in restaurant kitchens, we launched our first food truck in Pontiac, Michigan, to share our passion for food and to connect with our roots. We started from scratch, learning along the way and cooking from the heart. Our tacos al pastor are a tribute to our Mexican heritage, and today, with three trucks on the road, we continue to grow and bring flavor everywhere we go.
